How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for eyewear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the security tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do you offer a warranty on your sunglasses?

Yes, all Julbo products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or scratched lenses.

Can I get Julbo sunglasses with my prescription?

Absolutely. Many of our frames are compatible with our RX Trem program, allowing you to have high-performance technical lenses customized to your specific prescription.

How should I clean and maintain my lenses?

We recommend using a microfiber cloth and a dedicated lens cleaning spray. Avoid using paper towels or household detergents, as these can damage the specialized lens coatings.
